Semi-private training

Get the best of both worlds with our affordable Semi-Private Training sessions. In small groups of 2-6, you’ll receive personalized coaching that targets your specific fitness goals, all while enjoying the energy and support of a group setting. These sessions combine individualized attention and expert guidance to help you progress at your own pace, with the added bonus of a motivating, community-driven environment. Perfect for those who want a more customized experience without losing the benefits of group training.

InBody Scanning (non-clients)

Good health starts from within. InBody scan uses advanced Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis (BIA) technology to provide non-invasive, accurate, and precise body composition scans customized for each individual. Track important metrics such as muscle mass, body fat, water levels, and more to make informed decisions for improved health and wellness.
