Hi, I’m Shaquan, a NASM Certified Personal Trainer based in Washington, DC. With eight years in fitness and three years as a trainer, I’ve worked with diverse clients at Gold’s Gym, Equinox, and One Life Fitness. As a former athlete, I understand what it takes to build strength, resilience, and a winning mindset.

I specialize in functional movement, muscle growth, weight loss, and strength training, with a focus on identifying and strengthening weak links to improve performance, mobility, and balance. After years of bodybuilding-style training, I shifted my approach to prioritize functional fitness—helping clients move better, feel stronger, and enhance their long-term health.

For convenience, I offer one-on-one and semi-private training at your apartment gym, along with InBody scans to analyze body composition. These scans provide valuable insights, helping both clients and non-clients track progress and optimize their fitness and nutrition plans.
